Every Charmkeep piece is crafted in 925 sterling silver, with selected styles finished in 14k rose or yellow gold plating and hand-set cubic zirconia stones.
Are your charms compatible with Pandora bracelets?
Yes. Our charms and clips are designed to fit standard snake-chain charm bracelets, including Pandora Moments bracelets.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched from our US warehouse within 24–48 hours. Standard tracked delivery typically takes 5–9 business days. Shipping is free on every order over 534 kr.
Do you offer returns?
Absolutely. You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered. Please send items back unworn and in their original packaging so they can be resold.
